Dr. Shapiro is an out of network provider for all health insurance plans. She does not participate in Medicare or Medi-Cal and those cannot be used for her services. Payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash and personal checks and credit cards.

If you have health insurance coverage that reimburses for out-of-network services, we will provide you with a receipt (super-bill) that you can submit to your insurance company so that you can be reimbursed directly by your insurance carrier.

If you have a healthcare savings account or flexible spending plan, we’ll be glad to provide you with documentation for your expenditures that you can submit for reimbursement.

Please give us 48 hours (2 business days) notice for all cancellations. We charge the full fee for missed appointments or those cancelled without a 48 hour notice.

Child $300-$500 (depending on age and complexity can be 45 minutes to 75 minutes)
